How do I develop a new market with a strong local product?
The client: A manufacturer of breakfast products with high brand-recognition in the local market.
The question: How can we expand the market for this product?
The TEN solution: First, we do an analysis of the product in the home market. Why is it so successful? Then we make a selection of potentially interesting markets.
