Tailor made export support
Do you have specific questions or problems relating to your international activities and would you like to discuss some ideas on the matter? As the individual responsible for international activities, you are often on your own when it comes to strategic choices in relation to export. But all too often there are very few colleagues in your company with sufficient export knowledge and/or experience who can serve as sparring partners. As an objective outsider with the necessary international experience, we are able to take a fresh look at your activities. We can support you with regard to specific questions and issues and in determining your strategy and possibly coach you in this area as well. We can also offer support in other areas of export management. A number of modules suited to flexible use have been developed for this.
Sparring

Export strategy
| Content: | Evaluating the existing and/or advising on setting up a new export strategy for your business. Based on an analysis of your international activities, strategic directions are charted out and an international business plan is drawn up. The activities to be included in the project will be decided in mutual consultation in advance. |

Export management
| Content: | Advising on and possibly assisting with managing your export business. We offer support to any company that wishes to create, reinforce, restructure or expand its international market positions. Based on the goals set in advance, we help you actually achieve these. For example, we give you insight and guidelines for managing your distributors optimally, fostering commitment from the internal organisation and achieving more cost-efficient operations. If desired, we can (temporarily) take on (parts of) the export management. |

Export coaching
| Content: | Based on a procedure decided on in advance, you are provided with guidance in the area of export management. This can range from coaching on a particular topic (for example, steering the internal organisation or managing distributors) to more general coaching of yourself and/or your employees with regard to international activities. |

Partner search
| Content: | Searching for the most suitable business partner for you for your international activities. Based on your objectives, we start a selection process and filter out from a long list the most interesting parties based on selection criteria defined in advance. After visiting the top three, a final choice can be made. |
